History

Pacific Highway Okinawa Ltd. was founded in Naha City in March 2021 as the Okinawa entity of the Pacific Highway Group. Since then we have grown our ICT solutions business — led by YUNTAQ, our next-generation multifunctional DX signage — while exhibiting at trade shows in Japan and overseas together with Okinawa Prefecture, taking our business from Okinawa to the world.

Our Journey So Far

1. 2020

   • — November — Exhibited at ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa 2020 and received the Innovation Award.

2. 2021

   • — March — Pacific Highway Okinawa Ltd. founded in Naha City as the Okinawa entity of the Pacific Highway Group.
   • — August — Exhibited at the InnoVEX online exhibition in Taiwan.
   • — August — Selected by Okinawa Prefecture as an IT proof-of-concept operator for FY2021.
   • — November — Exhibited at ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa 2021.

3. 2022

   • — January — Co-exhibited with Okinawa Prefecture at Japan IT Week Kansai.
   • — February — Completed development and the proof-of-concept project for YUNTAQ, our own product.
   • — August — Joined the "Future of Travel" panel discussion at Revive Tech Hong Kong 2022.
   • — October — Co-exhibited with Okinawa Prefecture at TAITRONICS in Taiwan.
   • — November — Exhibited at ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa 2022.

4. 2023

   • — November — Exhibited at ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa 2023.

5. 2024

   • — November — Exhibited at ResorTech EXPO in Okinawa 2024.

6. 2025

   • — May — Exhibited at the InnoVEX exhibition in Taiwan.
