Graduate of the Faculty of Economics, Trent University (Ontario, Canada). An international businessman with over 30 years in the ICT industry, well versed in Silicon Valley technology, the overseas expansion of Japanese technology, SaaS and cloud platforms, and offshore development services in India. He has held key positions at many major multinationals including Motorola (US), Novell (US), AXA Technology Services (France), Nortel Networks (Canada) and CTM (France). His broad expertise spans IT consulting, managed services, localization of overseas products, project management, offshore development, IoT devices, SaaS and cloud solutions.

Chairman

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, De Montfort University (UK), with business management studies at Stanford University, the University of California and Harvard University. A founder of innovative ventures, he has succeeded as a pioneer in imaging and computer vision, wireless systems, handheld devices and advanced GPUs. He has co-founded several technology companies, and as CEO led two NASDAQ-listed ventures that each generated over USD 1 billion in shareholder value.

VP – Business Development

Graduate of the Faculty of Physics, University of Waterloo (Ontario, Canada). An experienced business consultant with 17 years of practical experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. He focuses on market entry strategy, M&A and business transformation. After many years of consulting at PwC, he has built a track record leveraging cloud processing and data analytics, including market analysis, cross-border M&A asset due diligence, and digital transformation strategy.
